The 2013 State Fair promises food and fun for all families offering 75 free kids activities daily! For the Foodies, all of the deep fried favorites will be there, in addition to healthy alternatives like grilled fish and shrimp State Fair Tacos. For the adventurous this year… Spaghetti Ice Cream! Thrilling rides include the all-new 100 high-flying feet of Vertigo, the White Water Log Flume and a Zip Line over the fairgrounds. Some of the exciting shows and exhibits include the chance to discover your superhero powers in the “Hall of Heroes”, 8 days of Thoroughbred Racing, the Brewfest, Bull-riding, Wine Tasting, “The Farm” which will feature Urban and Suburban Gardening this year, of course the baby animals and 17 nights of free concerts.
The State Fair will run July 12-28, 2013 at Cal Expo in Sacramento, California.
